The word “Care” for Sunêlia simply means we will take on board all the requests and expectations you have sent us over the past weeks, and we will carry on taking good care of you just as we always have.

These exceptional measures apply in addition to our usual guarantees
Our Cancellation Guarantee applicable for a minimum stay of 7 nights in rental accommodation, allows free cancellation of your booking if you are unable to travel due to illness, death, job loss, or a pregnancy complication. (You will be required to provide proof.)
Our freeSun Insurance allows all holidaymakers having booked a minimum stay of 7 nights in rented accommodation to receive, in the event of unpredictable weather, a voucher worth between €100 and €200 to be redeemed against a future booking.
A holiday is all about relaxing, exploring and having fun, and we have worked hard to bring you all of this and more! For several weeks now, we have been reorganising ourselves to ensure that we still meet the top-quality and service requirements that you expect from our establishments every year.
Entertainment is a top priority for us at each destination and is highly popular with guests every year. Outdoor options, smaller groups, a wider choice of times, a wide selection of individual or family activities... we will do everything in our power so that yoga, aqua aerobics, Zumba, CrossFit, other sports activities and creative activities can be organised to satisfy everyone’s needs and expectations.
Another top service in our establishments is the Sunny Club, welcoming lots of children every summer. We will systematically organise activities in small groups so that we can ensure the hygiene and social distancing rules are respected. We will also set up a registration rota to adapt group numbers while ensuring that all our guests can take advantage of this service.
The activity programmes for our campsites will be available on our application from the 1st June.
At most of our destinations, we have developed our takeaway service and we will also be offering delivery services so that we can bring our chef’s concoctions to the spacious outdoor seating area in front of your mobile home, or to your perfectly shaded camping pitch.
We have also decided to take this even further and offer “takeaway” programmes of entertainment, devoted to people of all ages, so you can enjoy these activities directly from your rental accommodation or camping pitch.
