What’s the restaurant’s speciality? ‘Cachopo'. What on earth is that? It’s the Spanish version of a cordon bleu! This version is flatter than a cordon bleu, is made using Serrano ham and comes in either an individual portion or a version to share. You’ll also find tapas on this top-quality menu, made using local products and other local specialities.

The outdoor swimming pool is open every day from mid-May to the end of September, and is the ultimate place to come and relax. Looking for some peace of mind? Lie back on one of the sun loungers under a palm tree and just listen to the sound of the water. What better a way to relax and unwind?
