Attractive rental chalet, pleasant emplacement, good privacy. Very near to the beach. Helpful staff. Well maintained chalet. Free local bus service. Dogs always under control.

The shop has a limited selection of goods.

A great location ideal for family’s and cycling holidays the restaurant was good but same menu it needs to change some some nights

The whole site is very tired and requires work the indoor poor inclusive the caging we stayed in was also in a tired state blinds missing and others dirty the lights didn’t work and woke us up in the night flashing which was concisely an electrical fault but was partly rectified the next day but leaving still with limited lighting in the kitchen area . The heaters were dirty and very rusty in places the kitchen tap was loose and required holding to turn it on and the toilet had damage around the window exposing sharp edges and looked unsightly . The cabin cupboards and bathroom were infested with ants. The lack of a kettle in the cabin ment water had to be boiled in a saucepan on an out of date hob Over all we were not impressed

The location is amazing. The dunes give shelter from the winds and the trees give shade. Loved the proximity to the beach and how easy it was to get on the cycle paths. The showers were amazing - a real hit with everyone!

The pitch was ok on the surface, but in areas it actually broke pegs when I tried to hammer in in places. The supermarket was good - but we use ice to keep our coolbox cold - which it didn't appear to sell. Gluten-free/dairy free options in take-away would be great as one of my children cannot tolerate either and so we struggled to find options.

Lovely accommodation and setting. Nice restaurant, pools, bike rental and shop. Location was great right beside a lovely surf beach

More dish washer tablets. An extra 3 would have covered our week.

Would love option of air conditioning as our cabin was v hot in 31 degree weather. We had the luxe option and it would be great for this to include a fan.

The entertainment was mediocre. Cleanliness of the mobile homes. We had a lot of ants in our mobile home at check in ie before we got the chance to use the mobile home. We also couldn’t use most of our terrace due to nesting birds and bird poo.

Location near beach. Mix of camping with cabins. Quality of cabins.

Entertainment - we noticed a significant drop in quality this year. It had been very good in the past with Lucas. Café - disappointed to see broken glass and damaged furniture and shades/awnings removed. This changed the atmosphere of this area which in the past had been a luxurious place to relax.

Shop not stocked with essentials like toilet paper, take away too busy to accept orders, no air conditioning during heatwave and no fans available to rent until our last night when we were told we we could not have one as we were not a priority.

Wonderful location right by the beach

The children’s park is a bit old and dated as is the swimming pool inside could do with an update. My children still loved it

Love the bungalow and location

I felt there could be more activities that are regular. Like volleyball football could have been held more regularly. It is a french resort so I understand but there were many events where non French speakers could not take part Finally some items in our cabin were broken needed some attention

We stayed with a private toilet / wash area that was amazing. Caravan fitted nicely on the pitch . Short walk to the beach . Convenience store close . Lovely cycle routes Friendly staff on site in all departments

The location close to the beach and the fantastic playground are great positives.

The swimming pool could be cleaner (especially the changing sheds which are filthy) and it would also be good to have more active life guards at the pool, as it gets quite rowdy.

The decking was scruffy, dead plants and loose decking boards. Smell of sewage from drains behind cabin.

Our cabin was nice and big, the terrace area was lovely and private too. The campsite has a lovely atmosphere - great social areas, lovely playground and bar. the proximity to the most beautiful beach was great!

Our cabin cost €2,400 for one week (for 4 people) - but this I expect a lot from our cabin. Our oven was not working when we arrived - a guy came to look at it, confirmed it wasn't working and told us to use the table top oven. The blind in the master bedroom was broken - the same guy came to see it, told me he would check if they had a spare one in stock and would come back. This was the first day of our 1-week stay - I never saw him again, even though I had given permission for them to enter the cabin without us being there, I never received any follow up or no further mention of this. The cabin was not fully cleaned when we arrived - I noticed a stain on the floor, I went to clean it and ended up cleaning the entire cabin floor.....it was the dirtiest floor I had even cleaned, the water was black when I rinsed the cloth - I couldn't believe it, I honestly think it had never been cleaned! The cabins are very much on top of each other - there's a lot that could be done here for people to get a little more privacy.

Friendly staff, well maintained site in a good location. Lots of on site activities if needed.

Better range of equipment in the hut. No chopping board which was frustrating and some mugs as well as tea cups would be a bonus!

Helpful staff, chalet was clean, spacious, well appointed. Good sporting activities for teens. Nice restaurant and good takeaway food.

Would have liked a bigger pool, ideally with waterslides. More sun loungers or better control of the sun loungers - too many loungers always reserved with towels but with no one actually using them. More varied, casual options on the restaurant menu would have been good.

Things need a bit of fixing, eg cracked glass in bar area.and it would be good to see more variety (e.g. vegetarian options) at La Grillerade

The pool …: no changing rooms , not warm outside … inside overcrowded and dangerous for kids … teenagers jumped from landing off the rail into the outdoor pool below . Also area to the right of I door restaurant … up the steps run down … tiles cracked etc Main concern is path from reception to D150…. Rough surface for walking and bikes …. Easy to fall / stumble in path …., the path needs to be leveled it is cracking and bumping in several places … feel it is dangerous for kids . The mobile home with nice but too small for us for two weeks … cabin fever set in …. Would have been better if the floor was clean … no mop …. Floor sticky . Oven was good … and was clean …

Access to a wonderful beach

Our chalets, L01 stank of sulphur for the entire stay. We asked on two occasions to have it addressed. Both attempts failed. It was very unpleasant and made sleeping at night time very difficult

Some areas would benefit from upgrading, e.g the pathway to pool is uneven, the decking needs repainting, broken glass panes at restaurant. The water quality of indoor pool needs improving, more frequent testing
