location opposite the beach with an amazing view
dead palm trees near the cabin
Good: - Position in the Camargue - Friendly personell - Good restaurant - Pitches are big enough - Washing machines
Bad are the toilets and showers. Very DIRTY! To be improved: The pitches should have water connection
Large pitches, good infrastructure
Cleaning the toilets more often. Mens sectionn was sometimes not nice, tue to kids peeing standing in normal toilets
pleace near sea, we can hear waves
internet work olny in some times for me doesn't work , information about half pergola for place, poor sanitary , pleace to wash car, numbers or colors on shower card and update we need to try few times to enable shower, on swimming pool for childrens doesnt work water toys,
Location, friendly staff,
No low Credit card limit at the restaurant and superette
within walking distance of STES Maries de la Mer
we stayed on a rouge pitch and the whole area was unkempt including the paved area outside the sanitary facilities the sanitary facilities were not clean the convoluted booking in process is a long drawn out nightmare after a hot journey
Location ,amenities
Allocation of pitch , although booking in advance we had to share pitch throughout stay , Difficult communication
Clean showers and toilet block Nice pool area
Pitches tidied up e.g. weeding & strimming
Great location
None
The location, the pool & outside exercise equipment
Run down, needs updating ( sanitaires) the site ground maintenance needs attending more frequently as areas overgrown and some water tap areas in disrepair
Location
The washroom facilities are the worst aspect. They are too busy and always dirty. The cleaner was doing her best but they are too busy for her to keep up.
The bar and restaurant area was not inviting.
The pool area was great although too busy during the middle of the day. Evening entertainment was great. Access to the beach was easy. The restaurant was good.
The amenities were dirty and too busy. Our pitch was next to the tap we're everyone on our row did their washing up, clothes washing and brushing their teeth which was not nice for us. The tap also flooded under our tent. The pool was dangerously busy during the middle of the day.
Position in relation to the town and the beach
Poor security at night. Many teenagers would gather behind our pitch until 3 am. I asked security to disperse them but they kept returning. They were very loud and smoking drugs.
Friendly reception and good site
A large mosquito repellant container was stolen from outside our stationary Motorhome. When the loss was reported at the office, almost no interest was shown by staff who then said: I don't know what to do. Very disappointing response
Location and good bread/croissants
Staff helpful with work printout
Toilet facilities constantly dirty and smelly - worse than any campsite we have been on.
Litter around the site not attended to.
Toilet disposal broken - had to wedge open with a rock which was physically dangerous and very unhygienic
Pitches were uneven - no reason for this in soft ground, unless you are just a free aire
No help given to my wife when she needed to use a drier for our bedding which was just left full for 3 hours. Saying it is not your problem is not good enough
Clean and close to the beach
No free WiFi is a very negative point!!!
Location
Some areas looked tired at end of season
Great location, nice pool, proximity to the beach, not expensive
No hand basins in the ladies toilet, basins all in cubicles (except one in the men's area) and there is no soap. Hand san was also empty. Ladies washing area always hidden at the back of the block and hard to locate/get to (through the bushes)
