Close to everything you need for a great vacation for 3 generations. The location and the facilities are awesome, especially the pool area, which appeals to all ages

Two minor issues, or wishes, a wider selection of goods in the store, and an ice cube dispenser offering free ice cubes to keep the drinks cold in the tents

Proximity to beach, town and nice pool. Friendly bar staff, but the manager was not very professional and rude to my kids, ushering them away with his hand, like you would a pet. He sat around with friends taking up space who were also rude to kids when parents were not around.

The welcome & service was poor and the security were intimidating, not very professional and sitting around in groups of 2-3 talking snd being quite animated… not very professional and as I said, intimidating.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing holiday. The staff were friendly and always on hand to help

The firsř week was quiet and relaxing and being older we enjoyed relaxing around the adult only pool. The second week, children were in the adult only part and nobody was monitoring this. We have older children and we’re enjoying a break from them for peace and quiet. This is why we chose to come back to Clos de Rhone as it had the adult section which did not happen the second week which is why we left a few days earlier. When we come again we will have to book earlier before children’s school holidays

Imy disabled partner couldnt attend because of the mosquitos- We tried to change sites but you wouldnt let us and stole our deposit as we booked online - this is a disgrace andci have so far made 40 posts all over european forumscand facebook sites pointing out the facts - i believecyou will loose thousands of bookings and know of at leadt 300 people who cant believe your disgraceful sales tactics and the way you stole our money - have you noticed a drop in bookings the last month?
