So much to do! pool, great kids club animaters and activities, mini disco, animals, permaculture and friendly and helpful staff, handy shop and lodge was great and lovely beach.

You never stop investing and staying ahead of your competitors. Adult pool, sanitary units on the pitch, beach and entertainment facilities all supurb!

Not sure if it is possible but your own beach area with beds and brollies included like at poolside.

Location and access to beach, excellent new sanitary facilities, great swimming pool and adults only pool area. Very positive and helpful staff.

Toilets in bar area need updating. Lighting at night could be improved. Some very dark areas when walking back at night. Adult pool not opening until 1.00pm not great especially when weather was very hot in September

Pool was nice. Public areas were clean. Adult pool was nice. Chalet was nice.

Cleaning of chalet needs to be improved. Beds were extra uncomfortable. Very few options to eat in a restaurant during the day. Most were closed until 7pm. That is too late with a baby. The super market was not stocked well.

Excellent accommodation, proximity to beach, vast pool complex with something for everyone. Staff very friendly and very willing to help. A great 5 day break.

Area around toilets in the bar could do with a coat of paint.

The area is so rich in beauty and character and the campsite remains natural.It is a great advantage being so close to the beach, sea, mountains and other beautiful places.The campsite itself has everything you need a friendly atmosphere and of course the weather

I think you could improve the campsite by not putting the mobile homes so close to each other. Also the volume of noise from animation, at night, does the sound system have to be so loud. You can hear it at the far end of the campsite.

The location (Portiranges Plage) was very good. Everything was close by and we did not feel the need to rent a car. Beziers airport very accessible. All campsite staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities (restaurants, bar, pools). Mobile home had everything we could ask for. All very clean and well kept. The furniture was comfortable. The deck was nice to have. Lots of activities to choose from.

I felt that because we were in a mobile home which was less costly than a chalet, the landscaping around was not as nice as the one around the chalets. It was quite brown and barren The mobile home was lovely was a bit cramped. We found it hard to move around the bedrooms and only one person could be in the kitchen at a time. The shower was quite small and I am a petite woman. A bath mat would have been nice because the floor got quite wet. The only thing we had a small problem with was the information given at the Info Desk. We were told several times that there was no direct bus service to Agde, Vals areas. When we went to the local tourist office, we were told there certainly was a bus and we were given a bus schedule. Further, when we walked back to Les Sablons, we checked for a bus stop and found one across from the campsite. Perhaps more research is needed before giving information to clients. Also, checking with the local tourist office might help.

The play area was excellent and the availablity of equipment was very well managed. So many activities to choose from daily and the app was very informative. The chalet was very spacious and well equipped. Pool areas very clean. Lots of staff around the site too. The entertainment team were excellent.

The family pool was often crowded. One more pool area would be ideal to hold the extra crowds during peak seasons.

Great facilities, especially the pool area, endless entertainment, close to the beach, the local market right outside. Well located to visit places of interest in the surrounding areas. The animation staff are brilliant, as are the helpful reception staff. The accommodation was clean and well presented

Can be very busy in the pool, the accommodation lacked certain essentials eg. Plates!

Great choice of accommodation - particularly the upgraded mobiles with the excellent new layout and landscaping around each one. The over 18 pool is a good facility as is direct access to the beach.

The toilets just beside the patio area need to be improved. Separate facilities for men and women should be considered and more regular cleaning at the very minimum.

1. Shop prices too high 2. Availability of milk/water and other essential products is low and lots of items out of stock. 3. One member of staff serving the shop and queues are around the shop. Long waiting times. 4. Bar staff not very friendly 5. Cocktails/drinks in plastic cups allowed around the pool or mobile bar serving drinks at the pool. 6. Sharper knives in kitchen to help prepare food 7. Some entertainment is only every 2 weeks e.g foam party so not all children will have the same experience.
