It is in the heart of this cozy Dome that Chloé, a kinesiologist trained in energy work and sound therapy, invites you to reconnect with yourself and the present moment.
During this relaxation session, Chloé invites your body and mind to let themselves be carried away by the rhythm of the selected instruments (singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks…). Each wave, frequency, and vibration will resonate within your cells, muscles, bodily fluids, and thoughts. This experience promotes deep relaxation of both body and mind, providing you with a sense of overall well-being.
This session combines sound and guided relaxation.
