This was our second time after having an excellent time last year, we loved the accommodation and the general set up. We enjoyed the shows particularly the ones run by the staff as they are always the most fun.

There is a run down building near the xeres area and the safari tents which lets the site down, with the roof missing and metal work showing, something should be done with this, maybe another pool area as the pools still get very overcrowded particularly in the afternoon.

Good supermarket. Excellent beach. Good staff and good accommodations. Close to shops and restaurants. Secure.

Limited food options and mostly booked up. Entertainment average except GymProd was excellent Pool area was very packed and only a couple of slides. Also the requirement to wear skin tight swimwear is both unnecessary and pointless in 2026. Entertainment needs to be better

The staff are all very friendly. The campsite is big. There is bike hire on the doorstep. The location is great. Easy to walk to the sea. The small town is nice. Tgere are markets on site and in the village. The adults only area is great. The cocktails are brilliant. Lots of different types of accommodation. Huge range of interesting activities. The list goes on…

More shade needed by tent L11. Food offering on site (more variety of snacks, more variety in restaurant).

This is our third time at Camping Les Sablons, and we loved it, it's very, very nice. And we will be back, some day :) This time we stayed in the area of Bosquet, which we loved, it's a very nice area :)

The cleaning. This time, we stayed in the area of Bosquet, which is the Luxury Mobile Homes, and when you book in that area, the cleaning is included, which means, you pay for the cleaning. However, when we came, all the floors were not clean, especially, the kitchen floor, the floor was covered in sand! We thought that was very strange, because when you book a house in the Bosquet area, you know that the house will be cleaned, because the guests pay for that cleaning. Our experience was, that we payed for a service we did not get. We did clean the floors, and the water was brown! The floors had not been cleaned for weeks og months! And the floors were definitely more clean when we left, than when we came.

We had a fantastic time! The best are the children's slides, the adult section and the many programs! The many programs are good music, karaoke. we loved it! We wanted to extend it 🤣 Next year we are going for 2 weeks! plus the dog-friendly attitude is positive, because he is also a family member

What could be improved: 1. there were a lot of ants all of a sudden. On the last day, they even came into the house. 2. more vegan options for meals. We have 2 vegan family members and unfortunately it was difficult to arrange meals. 3. there could be more washing machines, we had to wait a lot. but these are small things 😀

Overall, it’s a very nice campsite. In some places, it can be a bit narrow when driving around with a caravan. A big advantage is that almost all activities are included in the price.

There are many young people at the campsite, which is great to see. However, I think there should be a few more rules or supervision. They take up a lot of space in what is not a very large swimming pool. Their behaviour in the pool is often too wild, and they gather in large groups, which means they almost take over the entire pool. As a result, it can be difficult for other guests to enjoy it. They also make quite a lot of noise at night while walking around the campsite. The dishwashing area was very disappointing. For several days, several sinks were blocked, and it did not appear to be cleaned regularly. There was standing water, leaves, and other dirt everywhere. For a 5-star campsite, the standard of the dishwashing facilities was far below what we expected.

Sports facilities and free to use without limitations. Good toilet and shower facilities. Good shop and bakery on site.

Better shaded pitches, more pool space and slide options. Better management of night time noise. Evening entertainment acts could be more varied and not just musical. Electric Hook Up points should be better located and more visibly identifiable.

Safe. Near the beach. Variety of resturants close by. Safe pools. Beautiful accommodation with air conditioning. Great facilities on site - spa , shop, sports area, adults only pool , nightly entertainment.

Service at the bar could be more efficient. Pools very full especially when lanes are in. Activities booked up very quickly on the app.

It was clean and they were constantly cleaning out the pool. The cocktails were good and it was within walking distance of other restaurants. A special mention for the girl in the information centre she was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Charles the security man was lovely also.

The walkways were very uneven and dangerous especially at night. Not enough lighting. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful. No one asked us how we were getting on and when we were checking out we were told to drop the keys in a box. I asked the man could he ring a cab to bring us to the airport he just handed me a card and told me to ring it myself. Very poor customer service. The food wasn't gr4wt either. We got steak the 1st night and it was inedible. We ate outside the campsite for the rest of our holiday.

Everything you need. Friendly staff. Lovely bakery. Simple to use launderette. Lovely swimming pool and surroundings. Good entertainment.

The only thing which I feel is most important is the shower and toilet blocks. Need to be refurbished and not always clean. The toilet in the bar area was very unclean most of the time. For a 5 star resort I would have expected cleaner.

Check in and check out really easy. New food area great. Beach access. Spotless accommodation. Awesome entertainment and staff. They never stop! Great local restaurants within walking distance

Maybe more staff at ice cream/ crepe counter at night. It was very popular and the minimal staff were overwhelmed at times. An option for earlier check in would be nice. 5pm is quite late...

Kids swimming pool and swimming pool area and activities on stage were amazing.

Better service is requirement especially, for a 5 star camp site. We asked on check out day at reception for golf buggy to bring our luggage from mobile home to entrance of campsite and it was refused. Once our money was received, the customer service was gone, severely dissappointed. Food at pool bar needs to be more efficient, perhaps table service for food (not just drinks) would help, had to wait 1-2 hours for pizza on 2 occassions.

Great facilities, privacy, plancha. huge choice of onsite activities for all ages, we particularly enjoyed the pools, active wake-up calls, tennis, pétanque and animals. We also enjoyed the onsite boulangerie, shop and bike hire. Loads to do in the area, restaurants, grand Maire, canal du midi, beach, horses, go ape wall walking distance. Great location, airport close by a plus. eco friendly. Friendly staff, and very accommodating. We anre very grateful for the late checkout.

The taos mobile home was very nice and modern but could benefit from more cutlery, bowls and sharper knives and cutting boards please 🙏

I just love your campsite and I’ve been to quite a few. Your staff are excellent and your service and services are excellent I will definitely will be rebooking. It’s like my second home now.

In my opinion I can’t really think of anything. Maybe the campsite restaurant. The staff were amazing but I think something might’ve happened that night because a few clients didn’t pay and there was a really lingering wait for the food. When are food came it was cold. I offered to pay for my drinks but the waiter wouldn’t accept any money.

The site is very clean and tidy. It's well laid out, the planting provide privacy. I enjoy the laned 25m pool in the mornings, my wife & friend enjoy the aqua spin. The bakery is very good, and we often spent the afternoons at the beach.

Whilst I've learnt to use the plancha, they are not as useful as a bbq. Also, very few rentals have an oven, to offer more meal planning options. Some of the parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles.
