Close to everything you need for a great vacation for 3 generations. The location and the facilities are awesome, especially the pool area, which appeals to all ages

Two minor issues, or wishes, a wider selection of goods in the store, and an ice cube dispenser offering free ice cubes to keep the drinks cold in the tents

Proximity to beach, town and nice pool. Friendly bar staff, but the manager was not very professional and rude to my kids, ushering them away with his hand, like you would a pet. He sat around with friends taking up space who were also rude to kids when parents were not around.

The welcome & service was poor and the security were intimidating, not very professional and sitting around in groups of 2-3 talking snd being quite animated… not very professional and as I said, intimidating.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing holiday. The staff were friendly and always on hand to help

The firsř week was quiet and relaxing and being older we enjoyed relaxing around the adult only pool. The second week, children were in the adult only part and nobody was monitoring this. We have older children and we’re enjoying a break from them for peace and quiet. This is why we chose to come back to Clos de Rhone as it had the adult section which did not happen the second week which is why we left a few days earlier. When we come again we will have to book earlier before children’s school holidays

Needs updating The main reception path was used by both bicycles a, pedestrians and dog walkers making it quite unsafe

Great location by the beach and wider Carmargue area.

The shower and toilet block needs improving.

Cleaning times of Sanitary should not be at peak times, it should be during the day when people are out and about!

Very proportional Toilette and bathrooms,showers. Friendly staff

A bit more light at night. Earlier cleaning of ground and cutting of hedges.

Good: - Position in the Camargue - Friendly personell - Good restaurant - Pitches are big enough - Washing machines

Bad are the toilets and showers. Very DIRTY! To be improved: The pitches should have water connection

Cleaning the toilets more often. Mens sectionn was sometimes not nice, tue to kids peeing standing in normal toilets

internet work olny in some times for me doesn't work , information about half pergola for place, poor sanitary , pleace to wash car, numbers or colors on shower card and update we need to try few times to enable shower, on swimming pool for childrens doesnt work water toys,

we stayed on a rouge pitch and the whole area was unkempt including the paved area outside the sanitary facilities the sanitary facilities were not clean the convoluted booking in process is a long drawn out nightmare after a hot journey
