It is mostly its location, very green (!) to access to semi-private beach, nice clean amenities, a pool and a supermarket.

We like everything, especially the prices and lack of crowds in May!

The views are stunning, the staff more than just pleasant and the cleanliness was outstanding.

Everything was perfect.

Friendly staff, good supermarket, easy to get to various beaches, good pool, good sanitaries

Could set up few more places to sit, for example at every BBQ station. Had to walk up a lot of the hill just to find a spot to sit down and eat
