The staff were very helpful, professional and kind. The site is situated in a beautiful area. The pools at the site are fantastic with something for everyone.

The onsite shop is a little small and some stock was not available for the duration of our stay. The food at the restaurant and poolbar onsite was lovely but it is a bit limited in variety.

Maintenance team work very hard. Place is very well kept. Pools are fantastic. Bar and Restaurant staff very welcoming and jolly. Cabins very nice. Activities very good. Restaurant very good exceptional squid. Overall a very nice park but it is not 5 star. I would say 4 star. It is advertised as 5 star and this is why people leave critical reviews. Because it is not 5 star. Domaine Des Ormes in Brittany is 5 star.

Life guard not on duty every day. Beds in Prestige cabins are uncomfortable and so are the pillows. If you pay for Prestige option towels and sheets should be included and bedding needs to be comfortable. Restaurant very nice but leave the chicken nuggets to the children's menu only, an adult.does not want chicken nuggets on the adult menu. Some of the reception staff could be alot more welcoming and friendlier. Some can be quite frosty, a smile and a how was your stay, goes a long way at checkout, we got a 'everything is OK for me' and that was it. You shouldn't have to deep clean the Prestige cabins when you leave. A light clean should suffice as there are cleaning staff. We basically cleaned for the next guests, there was nothing for the cleaning staff to do. Privacy is needed for some of the cabins especially in the communal area. Ours was used as a walk through because half a hedge was missing. Perhaps some fencing. No leaf blowers before 8.30am, too noisy and disturb your sleeping guests on holiday!!

We have visited the site many times over the years, even before Sunelia took over. We love the location, closeness to amenities and we loved the pools and restaurant.

The mobile we stayed in was a bit cramped for 5 people even though it is one that should accommodate 6 people. 5 of us would not have been able to sit in the lounge area. A second bathroom would also have been useful.

Great pool area heated and well equipped

Toilets for camping were terrible. Of the 6 shared cubicles 3 were often locked from the outside by your staff so they couldn’t be used. They were dirty, often no loo roll or hand soap. By far the worse French campsite toilets I’ve experienced in 30 years of holidays here.

This was my 7th year staying in Le Ruisseau - we absolutely love it, beautiful campsite in a wonderful part of the Basque country. Fantastic accommodation, very spacious and well equipped, dinners on the deck at the mobile are a family favourite. Great swimming pool with slides - love that the pool opens at 10am so there is no need to rush down early to get a lounger. The bus services just outside are brilliant especially the free N30. The onsite shop is great too, we love the baguettes and croissants freshly made every morning.

Some more washing machines and tumble dryers would be helpful as it can be quite busy in the laundry room.

Loved the adult only time in the balneotherApy pool in the afternoon combined with mini club. Great animation team - when do these guys and girls sleep?! They are non stop - well done!

Disappointed with the cabin we had - we were two weeks without any sunlight. Completely in the shade. Whilst we love dogs it’s very disconcerting to see x rated dogs (XL bully dogs) allowed on a family campsite- there should be restrictions on these killer dogs especially with so many children. Slightly better Lighting and security at night (as experienced in other campsites) would be good.

Very good facilities especially the pool areas. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation was very good and campsite was well kept. Very good bar and restaurant and shop had all essentials.Jazz in the restaurant created a nice atmosphere .

Entertainment for children in the evenings could be better . Bingo or lotto not very entertaining for children.

Good size and good facilities in the park, animals etc slides a big hit with kids Chalet was very good Food good and reasonably priced for meat eaters and kids

The WiFi doesn't work properly in the chalets. There are no vegan/vegetarian options on menus No healthy food options The pillows are awful if the beds

My stay at the campsite was terrible. The bungalow was dirty, dusty, and infested with spiders, which I had to clean myself. The indoor children's playground was filthy and full of insects. Staff dismissed my complaints and made rude remarks. The barbecue was broken, and the bed collapsed due to a weak leg. During a storm, trees fell, one splitting a nearby bungalow in half, and three landed near mine, making me feel unsafe. Poor maintenance and service. Not recommended.

Clean, good location, good facilities

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable...nobody except the baby slept on the first night. Lots of ants in the kitchen, around the bins and in the main bedroom. No Hand-wash in the bathrooms and only one roll of toilet roll provided. No kitchen towel provided. A bootle of dish soap should be provided instead of one tiny sachet.
