Loved the shower/toilet cubicles. All the entertainment add ons such as high wire, high nets etc. outdoor poor cleanliness and exciting slides.
A lot more sunbeds. Extra staff at snack bar.
Lots of activities, lovely grounds. Well maintained greenery. Very clean
More washing machines
Beautiful grounds, we loved the old trees and the bamboo, the gardens are lovely and the closeness of Quimper and ease of getting there along the Greenway is excellent. The bar and shop on the campsite are obviously new.
The service. We felt the service at the bar/ shop area was always pretty bad. The staff there had little idea about how to prepare drinks, got orders wrong, they were generally very young and inexperienced and seemed to have received no training. There never seemed to be anybody in charge. The pizzas weren't great value as they were frozen not fresh and there was no margarita pizza available the whole time we were there- all children's favourite flavour! Also, the inability to cook more than one lasagna/ tartiflette meal at a time due to having only one microwave is not at all ideal and we were put off ordering these more than once by the staff. The area around the pool needs some work- the ground is crumbly and uncomfortable underfoot. We also never saw a member of staff anywhere near the pool which we thought was odd. We never ate at the restaurant, but did order snacks and drinks from there several times and again found issues with service - understaffed, missed orders, etc
Well kept site with excellent sanitary facilities. Good walking and cycling route to Quimper town
Rubbish b8n point near sanitary block. It was a long way to the main bin area
The grounds and surroundings
The food and service at the pool bar.
Good location, easy for cycling into Quimper. Received a very good welcome at Reception. Good facilities on the site, particularly liked the washroom ‘pods’.
Our pitch was a little small for our unit and, because of the number and size of the trees, it was very dark.
Nice property with a lot to do with kids.
Our cabin was next to snack bar. It was Very loud around snack bar at night. We expected a bit more quite evenings especially when staying with small child. It should be more clear when booking so we could have selected another option.
Great facilities, toilets, showers, pool were all excellent.
There was a party in the Orangery on the last night of our stay, with loud music until 3am. This is not appropriate for a camp site. Any parties should end at midnight at the latest.
Beautiful setting pitches well maintained and a good size. Swimming pool choice fabulous good location walking distance into Quimper good
The individual bathroom huts are not the best quality. The restaurant food a little disappointing. Shop could have more fresh food.
Tidy, well maintained campsite within easy reach of the town and shops.
Snack Bar / Bar area in need of improvement.
Kids liked the swimming pools Kids liked the “jeunes de bois” The trees on the estate
Having a rental that was clean, that was not mouldy & that did not have cobwebs. Having a rental that had storage - a place to hang coats, clothes (we only had 4 hangers in total). Having a rental that had clean windows & that had a clean oven. Maison Du Champ was dirty & very poor. We paid €1694 for a week - for that price I expected much, much more!!!
Beautiful place with great facilities
Food services at snack were not great, no food available from the menu, big que’s and no baked goods in the morning after waiting for ages in the queue.
Beautiful grounds and pool , great location
All lovely Weird why pool bar shuts on Mondays thou in holiday season
Great sized pitches, friendly staff, 2 great swimming pools, amazing individual toilet / shower cubicles, comfortable bar/ restaurant
The bin area is too far away from the camping area and garbage bins are not available on site except for the dish wash area.
Clean home beautiful property and kind employees
More flowers. Because they were so beautiful
Beautiful site/ surrounded by nature/ lots to do but not commercialised
Outdoor pool heated
Well managed, excellent staff, beautiful location.
We were happy with everything.
Excellent service and rooms
Swimming pool features not working ( staff believed electricity wasn’t sufficient strength)
Great location in the grounds of the chateau, beautiful gardens and close to Quimper with a scenic off road walk to the town.
Pitch was small, next to carpark, lots of groups of children which did make it less peaceful and relaxing.
near to Quimper. Excellent facilities for kids - trampoline forest and indoor pool.
It was early season so still significant work but playground could be a little bigger
Very clean, nice garden plenty for familys to do in the summer
Road ways a bit smoother
We loved it here
Not at all
Friendly staff
Nothing for oue stay. All we required was a comfortable place as a base which we got
Enjoyed meal in restaurant and pitch and wifi good
Great to have our own toilet/shower and kitchen on the pitch. Wonderful idea. Location close to the Golfe du Morbihan, ferries and plenty of lovely walks from the campsite; including into Vannes.
Very little - perhaps better changing facilities at the pool.
Beautiful location.Attentive staff and quiet location due to low season. Close to bus stop into beautiful town.. one of our favourite stops in France.
Very little to complain about.
Beautiful site, quiet, clean facilities
Keep an eye on facilities such as soap dispenser in sanitaires, it was empty during our visit
Beautiful setting in a great location for Quimper and south Brittany
The roads! That are a dust bath in dry weather and a mud bath in wet
Well laid out good sized shaded pitches. Very clean toilets, showers and washing up areas. Both an indoor and outdoor pool, with a pleasant bar / cafe next to them. Reception welcoming with a useful small shop of basic provisions. Stunning view from edge of site out across the river valley.
The fresh water taps around the campsite are fiddly to use and slow. Would be worth advising campers that some pitches need a 2 pin connector and a current inverter (campers next to us did not have a converter and so could not connect).
Beautiful gardens to the chateau, lovely walks, easy walk into Quimper, swimming pool, modern facilities
Pitches could be more clearly marked and maintained. Reception were very polite and helpful but clearly didn’t know the exact layout of the pitches.
Beautiful site. Good location. Excellent toilets. The P pitches were great
The none P pitches were poor. Electric hookup points poorly marked. Hard to find water sources. The restaurant was often closed and the food looked boring.
It is on level ground so good for disabled and people who have walking difficulty, lots of paths and well lit. The areas are well maintained and the shower block is exceptionally clean and well planned.
The only thing missing for me was a dedicated area where my dog could run off lead and play.
The pitch we had was large and had water, electric and drainage actually on our pitch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shower/toilet facilities are the best I have experienced. The swimming pools were amazing.
We saw signs that said the shop/snack bar is open 7 days a week but it was actually closed on Sunday which caught us out as we intended to get a takeaway.
Very classy campsite
Waitress in restaurant was superb but she was on her own, please give her some help
