The site is beautiful with a superb location, on the edge of a lovely town, there are lots to see and do on the campsite, the trees and flowers are lovely, The swimming pools indoor and outdoor are very nice. A river runs along the rear of the campsite, the gardens at the Chateau are stunning, the birds of prey show is spectacular ( no charge) The hot tub ,steam room and sauna is gorgeous and at 15 euros per head for two hours is worth every cent. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, the laundry room is an asset especially if you’re camping we were in our camper van, the only thing that let us down was the lack of lights on a trip to the toilet during the night
Some lights on the route to the toilets,
Large pitch with lots of privacy
Restaurant and snack shop
beautiful location, secure
restaurant open more frequently
Beautiful location, fantastic site with lovely walks and stunning gardens. The pitch was flat well sheltered and of a good size, the facilities were good, a lovely bar and restaurant and good snack bar and shop. The shower cubicles, mini bathrooms, were excellent, the best I have come across. I appreciated the picnic benches in some shared areas as I was travelling light and had no table or chair! The check in was very efficient and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was good that it is within walking distance of the 'Centre Ville'.
There was no wifi area to charge a phone or catch up with essential communication so adding this would be a real benefit. The motion sensitive lights in the showers and toilets were a bit too short in duration and I was often plunged into darkness before I had finished!
Excellent site.
Nothing
It’s a beautiful site in a great location with lots to do for all ages . The sites impeccable feels small and private . The gardens are bey
Nothing it’s one of the best sites we’ve stayed on
The setting, the spacious pitches. Access to the facilities.
The sanitary area looks very nice but as soon as the hot water is turned on candensation covers the mirror and walls. The lights stay on for less than 30 seconds.
Quiet location close to the river and gardens. Swimming pools and tennis courts. Toilet blocks.
The electrical connection box was overgrown with ivy and it was difficult to get the electrical plug into the socket on the box.
Emplacements were good size, shade available, electricity, all amenities close by. Lots of space to explore. Fabulous natural environment. 2 Piscines ...one magnificent.
Restaurant had limited opening times and closed without notice when other arrangements were booked. Limited menu. No snacks in the bar
Golf course. Accessibility to the town and supermarket. Lovely setting.
Bring back the lovely restaurant you had in 2015 and the shop for essentials.
Beautiful surroundings the best toilet block I have ever come across now has the added bonus of an indoor pool friendly helpful staff
Can’t think of anything
Loads of great facilities, ability to walk around the estate.
Lovely grounds and location
Toilets seem to be locked and shower pods were not cleaned during our stay of 2 nights
Great value for money, lots of amenities & beautiful greenery
Bins near camping area
negatives, : poor road surface around the site, poor external lighting , no staff member turned up for our zip line forest booking on Sunday 2 pm which we asked about at the sites reception the day prior. main pool wasn't clean ?
Very pretty and clean site, great facilities on the luxury pitch it was great to have such a good bathroom and kitchen set up right next to the tent. Lovely staff on site, especially the man at reception who was very helpful and friendly. Really loved that you could pick up fresh baguettes and croissants from the little shop, that was great! A beautiful campsite!
It would be great if at least the indoor pool was heated a bit more, both pools were freezing. Another playground would be great as the one that’s there was broken and out of action. Our friends stayed on another pitch and didn’t have a towel radiator in their bathroom which would have been very useful for them as we loved having that facility.
Lots to see and do on site and obvious improvements being made indoor pool was wonderful
Shops and bar near the new indoor pool
The site had everything that a 5 star hotel would have.
Although you don't provide the WI FI it is bought from a secondary provider it was extremely poor it kept buffering and dropping out and at 29 Euro's for 7 days it was expensive I am currently on another campsite in Nort-sur-Erdre and I have purchased WI FI for 6 days for 18 Euros and the reception is perfect so as you can see the WI FI that the company provides fails miserably.
Facilities were of a very high standard. Lovely short walk in to Quimper. The grounds and history of the site were very interesting.
Maybe due to the season not fully starting but some toilet and shower stalls were locked, this confused us. There were works going on around pool.
Great facilities. Fantastic coverd pool. Beautiful grounds
Clearly a work in progress but just keep on doing what your are doing. Quality counts and will give it's rewards
Good location and attractive surroundings. Good walks with our dog within the campsite. Establishment has great 5 star potential, but needs more maintenance as below.
Electric points not working on many pitches, and not properly maintained (partner is a retired electrician) Water supply unreliable or non existent on many pitches, and not maintained. Grounds maintenance - pitches over grown and grass needs cutting on pitches. Pitch allocation needs greater consideration at Reception arrival i.e. first pitch allocation had central tree and we needed to move; second pitch we had to move due to proximity of workman' van opposite. But third pitch was lovely, albeit no water supply and we had to find another tap. Whilst we appreciate this is early season, the pitches which are in use should be prepared prior to site opening.
Did not get chance to experience your lovely facility as my ferry was cancelled due to bad weather and I feel it is bad that you were not able to refund any of the €140 which I paid in advance Maybe keep 1/3 of the fee but all is too much
A refund would be a big step towards improving my opinion and I would probably book to stay again next time
Good space optimisation, very practical.
It is good as is.
Lovely grounds, good sized pitches, nice private sanitaire
No facilities open, no shop, no restaurant or bar. Understand it’s low season but for a large campsite to have nothing with no warning beforehand is very disappointing. We understood all sunelia staff weee on a course!!!
