Label Qualité Tourisme

Qualité Tourisme

The Qualité Tourisme™ mark, which is awarded by the Direction Générale des Entreprises, indicates that the French state and tourism professionals promise: a warm welcome, attentive staff, knowledge of foreign languages, clear and accurate information, guaranteed cleanliness and comfort, the opportunity to explore a destination, and to take into account the opinions of each client. All Sunêlia sites, with the exception of partner sites, hold the Qualité Tourisme™ Mark.

Label Clef Verte

La Clé Verte

Green key is a voluntary eco-label awarded each year to the holiday accommodation sector by an independent jury with the aim of rewarding environmental responsibility. The criteria for this mark are defined at an international level and are common to all countries. These criteria are reassessed each year in order to remain forward-looking, and to satisfy the environmental standards of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). They cover various aspects of environmental management: General environmental management, staff training, water management (resources and sanitation, plumbing, sprinkler systems), waste management (recycling, reduction), energy management (management of energy resources, heat, domestic appliances, lighting), responsible purchasing (food, cleaning products, other purchases), local environment (indoors and outdoors) and raising awareness of the environment (information for guests, nature activities).

Spa de France

Spa de France

Sunêlia was the first holiday village campsite chain to offer spas on most of its sites. We have even created, in partnership with the manufacturer Louisiane, an innovative modular spa concept. Now, Sunêlia spas are in the process of becoming Spa de France certified. The “Spas de France” network is the largest group of well-being and beauty centres in France, and brings together around 200 establishments (five of which are Sunêlia spas) with a common commitment to quality, ethical standards and customer service. All “Spas de France” have been visited, inspected and chosen for the quality of their services, premises and facilities, as well as for the qualifications of their staff. The centres all participate in an active approach to quality in order to guarantee the well-being of their clientèle.
