Velká spokojenost. Nové bunbalovy jsou mnohem prostornější a luxusnější než ty starší, ale i ty jsou velmi dobré. Jezdíme sem mnoho let a jsme spokojeni.
Kvalitu veřejných záchodů.
The pitch was a good size, cool and shady. The pool area was good as well. Good nature all around.
The toilet area was clean but the lack of toilet paper for the tariff was inadequate. Also there was only one toilet area open.
It is well located
1.Far too many staff riding around all day whilst phone texting paying no attention to things or people around them. 2. Rude and inconsiderate reception staff except for Juliette who was exceptionally good. 3.Very confusing electrical connection. How do you connect to 6 amp supply when only 10 amp breakers are available? 4. No sunny pitches anywhere. Trees need controlling and more pitch options made available. 5. The site is huge but all pitches are concentrated into a small area, 6. Your staff, with a few exceptions, seem more concerned with controlling their work load than giving your paying guests an enjoyable time. Some of your reception team should never be in customer facing positions.
Nothing at all. This vacation was the worst we ever had. after few days the kids told me they saw a big rat and also heard a big rat in the bungalow, but I couldn't believe it. And one day later we had the whole night 2 big rats in the bungalow and this was the worst night we ever had in our entire life and all of the vacation we had. WE get new bungalow and was ever smaller than the previous. So our suitcase was closed and there is no chance to say something good or even to give a star.
service and to think how can we do the best for visitors in some kind of situation.
Everything was amazing the staff, the facilities were kept very clean. Perfect.
The ant population!??

Pool was ok
Pitches very close together, toilets and showers not clean. Music till very late at night
Well laid out, good facilities, satisfactory 2 bedroom mobile home, lots of trees.
Very helpful staff and family friendly, excellent animators.
Bar/restaurant was ok, but had a limited menu.
Mobile home didn't have one or two useful items - scissors, cooking apron.
