Loved the quiet site.....The accommodation was of good quality and very clean. It is such a bonus to have the beds made up and toiletries towels. The bed was very comfortable. The terrace was large and once again Sun beds of very good quality.

The shop could be better equipped

Friendly and helpful staff, good facilities including a nice warm swimming pool and close proximity to the town. It is also a good location for exploring the west side of Provence.

Whilst very adequate, the shower/toilet/washing up facilities are beginning to look a little dated.

Trees and hedges are generally too high and obstructive. Also, dead branches are unsafe

The staff are always wonderful and friendly. The swimming pool was much cleaner this year. The weekly activities were well planned and thought out with a good variety The food on offer was a good mix and quality

An extra washing machine would be helpful! Please can you improve the quality of the wifi. The ‘gym’ area doesn’t really have any equipment that actually works. The area could be repurposed for something better?

Better provisions in shop, bread and croissants available without reservations. Better shade for pitches

We have stayed on this site 16+ times and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. In particular Laura & Youssra were amazing during our stay and I very much enjoyed dealing with them. The chalet was comfortable and clean. Fresh bread every morning. Location for walking into town. Onsite food. Swimming Pool. We love Mas de Nicolas and that is why we continue to come back year after year

There are only two things that I think let the site down. The first is the WiFi. It's terrible. Despite the claims, it doesn't work anywhere on the site apart from at the bar. This is now the second year that it's been like this. I know I am not the only person who is saying this as checking with other guests who are situated around the site, they are experincing the same thing. I think in 2024, you need to offer reliable Wifi for the guests. I'd happily pay (as we used to with the pervious owners) for a reliable connection. The second thing is the 'lawn'. For some reason, guests are no longer allowed to sunbathe on the lawn area using the sunbeds. I don't understand why this would have been stopped but it has killed the 'social' aspect of the site. The lawn used to be a place to meet and talk to other guests on the site and was a real social hub. Personally I think the site has become quite 'sterile' because of this and has lost it's character. However, these are the only two things that I could say should be improved. Overall we are very happy with Mas de Nicolas

Staff in bar area really pleasant. Reception quite helpful.

There was no shower in Balneo so could not shower after exercising, or before using jacuzzi which was cold. Showers in toilet block low pressure and sometimes cold in evening.

Clean, friendly staff, pitches are well maintained, pool is good and clean.

The wooden banks that are on the pitches could do with a bit of maintenance..our bank was extremely wobbly...

nice town, nice place, we know people - have been at Mas de Nicolas for many years, fine with Paella/dance event. Nice service - after they new us and found out that english language is not dangerous :)

Have one evening with the pool open 19-22 (pool party) - with the bar open - maybe drinks at a smal price - musik at the bar , Others - the bar should be open all day for snack/french fries,

Very friendly and helpful staff - especially the lady who checked us in - with glasses but sorry, can't remember her name. Good swimming pool. Clean and tidy facilities (showers, wc). Convenient for San Remy and surrounding countryside.

As a family we visited your place for the first time in 2011 and this vacation was our 5th time as family on Mas de Nicolas. It is a perfect place for a 14 days summer holiday for us. We have always enjoyed our stays in your chalets and your friendly staff. Especially the children loves the pool.

This time, we for the first time, have experienced that the chalets really need some renovation. Especially the floors in the bathrooms are uneven and “tired” but we hope you have a plan for updating your chalets.😊

Sunbeds outside the pool area instead of wolley - it was not in use very much The bar should Be open more, so you Can buy icecream, french fries, pizza and so No tap Wine at paella evening - or a cheaper Price Paper in the toilet building fior when you washing hands Keep the places clean for weeds and lawn move more Remember that the customers are always right - we did pay twice for an extra night because it wasn’t in your system - we have a bill that says it is payed! Smiling and Happy staff Enough rum and milk for drinks and cofee! You ran out multiple times at our stay! We have been at mas de Nicolas for the last 15 years and we are a bit disappointed this year

The shop and caffe / bar could have a wider selection of products and meals. Some pitches could improved.

Close to centre of St Remy. Quiet site. Safe. Good pitches. Good size. Hard standing. Electric points.

It would be good to have some fully serviced pitches (water & electric & drainage on the pitches). Only one of the washing machines works. There needs more washing machines for the size of the campsite. There was a queue to use it which proved annoying & I got up at 7am to use it! The swimming pool needs more shade umbrellas. It’s not ok to have to sit in full sun these days when umbrellas and shade should be readily available. There was only about 8 shaded areas round such a big pool. The foot bath was really scummy each day we were there. And actually people were stepping over it as it was so nasty (which defeats the object of a foot bath) it needs the water changing regularly. The spa area is supposed to adults only & it had children in the tub most days we were there. The sanitary areas need to be cleaned at a better time, not at about 6.30/7am. That’s when many people want to use them . Clean them at lunch time is a better idea. Water should be sold in the shop, each time we asked there wasn’t any, only frozen bottles. Selling bottled water is pretty basic to do in a campsite shop.

Expand site shop at least to essentials. This is a missed opp. Upgrade resto meals. You have 100 (?) clients on site and are failing to sell services to them.

Lighting in the sanitary blocs at night.

Friends staff , and welcoming, sanitary facilities clean and good standard

Snack bar , was not busy , we did eat there but both had adverse stomach after consuming the food

More care needs to be taken when allocating the pitch. size of motorhome or caravan ect the importants of having a clear area away from heavy pine cones that can damage roof vents
