Clean And cozy camping site, Green and lovely flowers. In walking distance to beach, city, shops and restaurants. Smiling and very helpful employees.

Pool area could be made more interesting

Fantastic site! Great size pitches, sanitary blocks were amazing. Plenty of hot water. Great site layout. Lovely pool and bar area. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely. Very friendly, helpful staff. Brilliant position for cycling, supermarket close by as are plenty of holiday shops, bars and restaurants.

The only thing we weren’t that keen on was how loud the TV was late at night.

The whole place was spotless, loved the amount of trees and shrubs, all well cared for. Staff very friendly and helpful Swimming pool was clear, water clear and perfect temperature. Reassuring to see the water tested at regular intervals

just one thing! Maybe hairdryer facility in shower / toilet blocks

Very clean toilets and showers, good size pitch with EHU. Site is situated in a very good location for the beach and promenade, bars and restaurants. A supermarket and bakers just outside the entrance are also great for your every day needs

It’s location, very clean, and all the staff were helpful and cheerful.

The ground around the caravan needs to be covered by the steps because after rain it turned into a big.

Unfortunatly we had a lot of rain so the pitch was a bit muddy.

Beautiful campsite, well maintained, nice location, easy access to supermarket, town and beach.

The main focus seems to be on the bungalows, which look amazing. The pitches are ok, but don't seem to meet the standard of the rest of the campsite - at this level, there should be at least fresh water, but ideally also grey water drainage on the pitch. More washing machines in the sanitary facilities - I was only able to find one central laverie, which is quite far to walk with a full laundry hamper. Would also be great to upgrade washing machines for payment with card, no cash - or offer cash/coin change in the laverie. More healthy options at the restaurant would be great - plant-based/vegan, would also love gluten-free pizza, unfortunately there is not much to eat for people with food intolerances.

We were delighted with the campsite. It was conveniently located and the facilities were excellent

Possibly if they had a small shop and fresh bread in the morning although I do realise there is a bread shop and supermarket very near.

Extremely clean. Lovely pool area and very friendly team.

Longer bar hours through the day would be welcome so we could get a drink then go back to pool.

Close to beach and centre, clean site, camping not too big or small, lovely pool, great personnel

Som extra small equipment in chalet. Easier to open windows ( some were impossible to open and close for small people, notably in the bedroom and kitchen!"

Senior management at the bar could be more friendly towards your English clients. Life guard- to carry out duties with due diligence , not doing other duties when on pool duty

The staff at reception were excellent in helping understand the paperwork when our Grandaughter was rushed to hospital. Both children enjoyed the Sunny Club and the staff were great with them especially Anna and Margo. The servers in the bikini club were fantastic especially the 2 Spanish girls who's names we did not know

The elderly lady who ran the bar could be abrupt and rude twice turning her back on us when we had been instructed by staff to order drinks at the bar. Plus on 2 occasions the gas fir the beer was not working resulting on us running to the Wc during the night even though we told them the gas had gone they continued to tell us all was OK. This resulted in us spending less time at the bikini club and more time in town.

Brilliant location. All staff we spoke to were extremely helpful. Camille in reception was outstanding. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Lovely swimming pool.

A little more variation on the evening events. Bingo every Monday disco every Tuesday and karaoke every Wednesday.... could do with some variation.

Friendly and helpful staff in the bureau, staff always friendly when you saw them round the campsite. Very clean and tidy. Ideally situated for the beach and town. Lots of walks and cycle paths. This is our 4th stay at this campsite and would happily return and recommend to others.

Not enough shower and dishwashing facilities, the water was often cold when having a shower or doing your washing up.
