Pool and pizza were nice

Area for improvement

650 euro deposit is excessive and not as per the app or original contract that was sent to me when I booked. This could have caused a problem if I didn't bring my credit card. The opening and closing time of the gym is not great after 9am and gym closes at 18.00

Excellent position. Good facilities

Area for improvement

Too loud. Amplified music played for camp events throughout the day but especially the evening was unnecessarily loud. It should have been aimed at just the social area, not blasted across campsite

the playground close to the restaurant and bar, so parents can leave the kids playing and be close to them. the pool slides are nice the chalet was enough in the shadow which is good for the days with a temperature close to 40 degrees.

Area for improvement

I didn't find the water of the pool very clean. the shop was no accessible when closed, but on the door it said to ask at the bar, but they didn't sell things that were at the shop. there are holes in the path to the restaurant, and I fell and hurt myself very bad (on one ankle and one one knee), there is no light at all , so the paths must be fixed to avoid accidents. there were not enough tables at the bar, so there was no space to sit sometimes for a drink

Beautiful campsite, pitches in the forest. The pool and playground are lovely, the splash pool is great and the entertainment was good.

Area for improvement

Toilets were quite far, our pitch had a large wooden deck so you wouldn’t have been able to pitch the tent and there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps.

Good location for exploring the area. Toilets/showers kept exceptionally clean at all times.

Area for improvement

Grass on pitch could have been cut. Water could be supplied alongside electric supply. Very noisy at night, quiet policy not followed.

Good restaurant and nice located

Area for improvement

​- the chalet we have request and confirm in January 2025, was not available. The alternative was not as nice located. - the chalet was very dirty (not cleaned at all), while the head of housekeeping just inspected the chalet. Only after showing the photos of the very dirty toilets , they came back again to clean the house - improvement points, comfortable outdoor chair of lounger. Now they only have these typical plastic chairs. - music events going on to very late 23:30, typical on campsite it’s quite around 22;00/22:30 - kids club only France, not really inclusief for other languages

Pitch was very muddy. Lots of mosquitos. No toilet rolls in toilets. No hand-wash in toilets. Not given choice of pitches even tho there were lots free. Men's toilet area had broken seats in cubicles.
