Let yourself be enveloped by the warmth of the spa and sink into a bubble of absolute relaxation. Perfect after a bike ride or a day at the beach, this hydrotherapy experience helps release tension and restore a feeling of lightness.
A special moment to share. Alone or as a couple, these experiences become true moments of serenity. You slow down, you breathe… and fully enjoy your stay on Oléron Island.
Extend this relaxing break with the dry heat of the sauna, a true ally to eliminate toxins, deeply relax muscles and support recovery. Then, surrender to the soft and enveloping atmosphere of the steam room: its warm vapour opens the airways and soothes both body and mind.
Did you know? Alternating between spa, sauna and steam room is ideal for relieving muscle tension and improving overall recovery.
