Location
Management on site overnight
The area was great, swimming pool looked lovely although we didn’t get to use it. Bar and restaurant was good but no vegan food options so we couldn’t eat there.
No soap in men’s toilets or hot water and no toilet paper in ladies on the 25th/26th. No light outside ladies toilet by step and was very dark at night. Would be nice to have even one vegan option at the restaurant.
decent size pitch. clean toilet and shower facilities. Beautiful surroundings.
Can't think of anything
Good position with well marked out reasonably sized pitches. Clean toilet and washing facilities
Access to some pitches difficult with larger motorhomes
The site always offers a warm welcome and able to speak different languages, which helps due to my poor French (sorry). The site is always clean and tidy with facilities cleaned daily.
The bar has become very too expensive for food which is a shame and the dog wondering around freely is a little off putting as it poos where it wants even on your pitch
The location is beautiful. I really liked the idea of having the option to bath my child as opposed to showering her. Shes petrified og showers so made things so much easier
The showers were cold and food had limited choice at the restaurant
The lady on reception had a happy smiling face, and very friendly.made us feel welcome
Can’t think of any
Tidy, clean, friendly, very well run holiday centre. Thank you
Wider wlWIFI coverage, upgrade TV in chalets. Mattress rather firm.
Well organised for a late arrival.
Good location, excellent late check in communication. Clean facilities.
Nothing, it was perfect for us.
Near to Roscoff
Hot water in showers - mine was cold Being allocated a large enough pitch . Having given the dimensions of our caravan the pitch was too small
Great location close to St Paul de Lyon and Roscoff Ferry A lot to do in the area and good for cycling
Poor schedule of cleaning of toilets and showers Poor maintenance of green areas of site No facility for shelter outside cafe opening hours if weather inclement. No longer possible to access use of cafe area unless you buy a beverage and on one occasion the woman in charge asked us to leave as we didn’t wish to buy a meal though we’re willing to buy a drink Very relaxed acceptance of dogs in the cafe Managements own dog roams free range on site annoying other dogs and freely defacates on grass sites and no one picks up after dog No facility for recycling waste and recommended to use public recycling point outside of site and consequently few people willing to recycle
Lovely place to stay. Close to the ferry. Great staff who were very helpful. Bar and restaurant was amazing, wonderful food and staff especially Liz.
Location. Peace. Large pitches. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant still open early September. Pool still open. Great all round for short or long stays and convenient for the ferry.
Not much in our short experience. Arrival space is a little difficult for caravans
Lovely pitches friendly staff great atmosphere
Toilet seats need to be of a great quality and the mules and frites night should be bookable to guests first we were very disappointed we could not enjoy this experience as it was our first ever visit to France Bit on the plus side the area and people were really accomodating xx thanks for a very enjoyable and eye opening time France we will be back xxx
Friendly, easy to check in, nice pitch and sit is in a good location near the sea/coast path.
Happy with everything
Lovely welcome Lovely little cafe / restaurant
The girl on reception was very helpful with finding us a different pitch to the one allocated which was difficult to get onto due to the size of my caravan, but I did mention this in the booking.
To read the customer's notes on their van size.
Relaxed feel. Private pitches. Proximity to beach. Facilities.
Friendly staff, lovely bar / restaurant, good sanitary facilities
Not too big, lovely large pitches, very private. Very clean warm swimming pool with snack bar. It felt very safe for my granddaughter. Location is wonderful near the beach and lots of walks
The 2pm entry was chaotic You need to stay open longer I stay in France until October but you are always closed.
Location is perfect.
Toilets, the cleanliness of the whole sight, especially toilet and showers. We had dog poo on our pitch when we arrived, which we asked to be picked at reception, but it wasn’t. Our boys road in dog poo twice whilst around the sight which shows dog poo is a real problem, disgusting. We were only there for one night! I presume a campsite owners or employee dog roams freely which was annoying a family trying to eat at there pitch! We have dogs and like them, but very annoying on a campsite when the dog is not under control and annoys other dogs.
The pool was excellent, the showers and washing facilities really really good, the staff were absolutely wonderful. Loeline in the reception was so helpful and friendly, she really made our stay easy and enjoyable.
Better wifi
Very clean, staff are very friendly great location couldn’t wish for more
It's in a great location, close to the ferry and on a beach. The campsite is well laid out, good facilities, great pool and cafe. The staff were all really lovely too.
Nothing
Nice pool pitches good size bar prices good value
Toilets poor needs updating
Great toilet block/showers. Nice pitches Great pool Great bar/ food
Better boundaries between pitches.
Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist who sorted out a problem with our booking. Good level pitch. Nice hot showers. Drinks, food and snacks available. On the seafront. Good cycling routes. Lovely local town with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Sanitary blocks could be cleaner and on a few occasions there was no toilet paper
Friendly reception staff. Friendly bar staff. Convenient for ferry and St Pol de Leon. Washroom and toilets clean. Bar well stocked and reasonably priced.
Cost of the pitch did not match the quality. Stabilised pitch was okay but expensive as had no water or drainage. Hose too short for flushing toilet cassette empty. Bread ordering could be improved as orders not named. We ordered a baguette and pan au Chocolat which was taken by someone else....
Fantastic location next to the sea and Saint Pol de Lyon is a lovely place to explore
Toilets are very basic with no loo seats. Also only one paper dispenser where the paper was often pushed into the unit so you couldn't get it out. Add loo seats and individual cubicle paper.
We arrived on the Roscoe ferry having pre booked at the site.Arrived 9pm.No-one on reception. No letter telling us our pitch number.Had to wait 30 minutes for the restaurant to contact the warden to open the barrier for us.A very poor welcome.
Close to beach and ferry port
Cleanliness of toilets, showers and laundry room
Location. Pitch sizes. Reception
Cleanliness of toilet block. Management of staff... Bar staff let pet dog run free over site for a least five of the days. Grounds person clearly hosted a number of his male friends to stay on camping pitch, 4 males in twenties, drinking and smoking cannabis, kept us awake untill 4am!
