safe and secure on site; relaxed atmosphere; friendly staff; plenty of varied activities for both young and old;good amenities;

Concern over safety in pool - rules shown but basically ignored by campers; difficult as it is a pool for everyone and they re on holiday; water slide not patrolled above or below so safety in my opinion was a concern - ex teacher in me!! To be honest the safety in the pool is the only thing that I feel could be improved upon having seen accidents that can happen through no fault of anyone - ie running around pool edge, pushing people in and jumping in without taking note of where people are.

Lovely site , we arrived at end of school holidays which was perfect for us . Friendly helpful staff and good facilities

Nothing really , just bit disappointed you closed closest shower block the last 2 days with no warning and we weren’t offered a gravel pitch rather than a sandy one . Saying that we would return

There was no effort made other than the receptionist and the exercise lady who both tried hard to speak English . You are not catering for English speaking clients so made it difficult to join in with activities
