We’re truly sorry that some noise disturbances affected your nights, despite our vigilance both day and night. The peace and well-being of our guests are very important to us, and we fully understand your inconvenience.

Regarding the local tax, an email is sent to each of our guests a few days before arrival to help prepare for check-in at reception. You will find all the information about this mandatory tax, which is paid to the State.

We’re sorry for the confusion regarding swimwear at the pool. In accordance with French regulations, swim shorts are not permitted and tight-fitting swimwear (such as speedos or boxer-style swimwear) is required. We understand that the wording in the checklist may have been unclear, and we sincerely apologise for this misunderstanding. Your comment helps us improve our communication so this is clearer for future guests.
