Job Description :
The day watchman with bicycle rental management is responsible for monitoring the campsite/visitors as well as managing bicycle rental.
Missions :
Camping surveillance:
Ensure the safety and well-being of campers by conducting regular rounds and reporting any problems.
Answer campers' questions and assist them when needed.
Bike Rental Management:
Manage bike rentals, including registering rentals, collecting payments and returning bikes.
Provide information on local bike routes, safety rules, and bike maintenance.
Perform basic bicycle maintenance, such as inflating tires and oiling chains.
Customer service :
Provide excellent customer service by responding to camper requests and concerns.
Provide recommendations for local activities, attractions and restaurants.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Resource Management:
Maintain accurate records of bike rentals, payments and inventory.
Ensure secure storage of bicycles and rental equipment.
Perform cash operations and manage financial transactions.
Prerequisites and position information:
You are ready to work weekends and public holidays (this is OK when you are on the Ile de Ré and a stone's throw from the beach...)
You speak several languages: French of course and English is even better!
Experience: Experience recommended
Working hours: full time, 39 hours
