The staff, cabins, proximity to beach

BBQ facilities were often busy. 2 were not in use but could have been repaired

We stayed with a private toilet / wash area that was amazing. Caravan fitted nicely on the pitch . Short walk to the beach . Convenience store close . Lovely cycle routes Friendly staff on site in all departments

Larger pool area . With slides Larger pitches for UK caravans due to them being larger caravans than the French ones ..

The location close to the beach and the fantastic playground are great positives.

The swimming pool could be cleaner (especially the changing sheds which are filthy) and it would also be good to have more active life guards at the pool, as it gets quite rowdy.

The decking was scruffy, dead plants and loose decking boards. Smell of sewage from drains behind cabin.

Our cabin was nice and big, the terrace area was lovely and private too. The campsite has a lovely atmosphere - great social areas, lovely playground and bar. the proximity to the most beautiful beach was great!

Our cabin cost €2,400 for one week (for 4 people) - but this I expect a lot from our cabin. Our oven was not working when we arrived - a guy came to look at it, confirmed it wasn't working and told us to use the table top oven. The blind in the master bedroom was broken - the same guy came to see it, told me he would check if they had a spare one in stock and would come back. This was the first day of our 1-week stay - I never saw him again, even though I had given permission for them to enter the cabin without us being there, I never received any follow up or no further mention of this. The cabin was not fully cleaned when we arrived - I noticed a stain on the floor, I went to clean it and ended up cleaning the entire cabin floor.....it was the dirtiest floor I had even cleaned, the water was black when I rinsed the cloth - I couldn't believe it, I honestly think it had never been cleaned! The cabins are very much on top of each other - there's a lot that could be done here for people to get a little more privacy.

Friendly staff, well maintained site in a good location. Lots of on site activities if needed.

Better range of equipment in the hut. No chopping board which was frustrating and some mugs as well as tea cups would be a bonus!

Helpful staff, chalet was clean, spacious, well appointed. Good sporting activities for teens. Nice restaurant and good takeaway food.

Would have liked a bigger pool, ideally with waterslides. More sun loungers or better control of the sun loungers - too many loungers always reserved with towels but with no one actually using them. More varied, casual options on the restaurant menu would have been good.

Lovely atmosphere, great location, helpful staff

Things need a bit of fixing, eg cracked glass in bar area.and it would be good to see more variety (e.g. vegetarian options) at La Grillerade

Location beside the beach , shop , restaurant

The pool …: no changing rooms , not warm outside … inside overcrowded and dangerous for kids … teenagers jumped from landing off the rail into the outdoor pool below . Also area to the right of I door restaurant … up the steps run down … tiles cracked etc Main concern is path from reception to D150…. Rough surface for walking and bikes …. Easy to fall / stumble in path …., the path needs to be leveled it is cracking and bumping in several places … feel it is dangerous for kids . The mobile home with nice but too small for us for two weeks … cabin fever set in …. Would have been better if the floor was clean … no mop …. Floor sticky . Oven was good … and was clean …

Access to a wonderful beach

Our chalets, L01 stank of sulphur for the entire stay. We asked on two occasions to have it addressed. Both attempts failed. It was very unpleasant and made sleeping at night time very difficult

Some areas would benefit from upgrading, e.g the pathway to pool is uneven, the decking needs repainting, broken glass panes at restaurant. The water quality of indoor pool needs improving, more frequent testing

Site was clean and generally well-maintained, staff friendly and helpful, cleaning of mobile home was very good, site was well organised, secure and peaceful. Facilities were good and food was of a good standard. Takeaway food was very efficient and good. Food offering in restaurant was good quality and service good. Location exceptional.

Decking in poor repair, some cracks in mobile home ceiling and a damp smell in cupboards, ants coming into mobile home through ceiling, mobile home sloping slightly. Overcharging in restaurant on every occasion. Would be good to have a vegetarian main course offered in restaurant.

The staff, especially the man at reception, star service and amazing employee. Staff great, great bike rental, great location beside amazing beach, liked the size not too big. Very good talent of the kids camps staff.

Restaurant menu- more healthy options More than 1 soccer/basketball area as it was taken over by the older kids/ teenagers and the younger boys 6-10 weren’t allowed play there most of time if they were there.

Poor maintenance of site - plants were dead in front of lodges across the site. Only reception area was well maintained The pool area and bar were not well maintained and look outdated. We visited the site 14 years ago and were surprised that the pool and bar had not been upgraded since then The sports area is situated in the centre of the site. Lots of plots are near this area which is full of children from 8am to 11pm. This is very noisy and not a good place for the area to be. The football/basketball pitch is full and makes loud bags every time someone shouts at the goal. It should be locked before 10am and from 10pm as it acts as a gathering area for kids and loud teenagers from across the site. They are having fun and nit being naughty but for visitors who are hoping to enjoy a peaceful holiday it is not the quiet, relaxing break hoped for. Who wants to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner with 100 kids 5 metres away?

Close to beach Restaurant was nice and staff friendly Too many cars allowed to drive around, it should be car free to allow for children to cycle / walk / play freely and safely

No air conditioning!!!! The chalet was absolutely roasting hot and unbearable, it was impossible to sleep. Luckily the temperatures cooled down during our stay but it was still extremely uncomfortable We had no bed sheets included in our stay and no towels, we asked for towels and got them but no bed linen Only only pool and one small water slide, compared to other campsites we have stayed in this was very little Not allowed eat at the pool (!!) I was scolded for eating a banana, completely ridiculous Not allowed have a cocktail in a plastic glass at the pool. I understand the need to discourage drinking high amounts of alcohol and swimming in a pool, however beach bars are standard at campsites like this around Europe and having 1 or 2 beverages in a safe manner is surely allowed.

Site was quiet and peaceful

The pitch we stayed on was to steep and narrow it not not allow for waste to be drained easily

It was quiet, peaceful. Well laid out. Nice staff.

Showers could be a lot nicer some did not work. very well. One in particular near the door was hard to use. Button had to be pressed the whole time. Hard standing for Motorhome was very sandy. Not nice really. Sand everywhere & hard to keep out of the Motorhome.

The pitch was great particularly the personal bathroom facilities. Great location to the beach and the bke hire was very handy.

More choice and quantity of morning croissants etc.

The location of the campsite next to the beach was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. The kids club was very good particularly Cecile. The accommodation structure was perfect and in good condition except for some barriers discussed below. The public toilets were very clean and up to good standard.

There was quite an increased amount of ants in the mobile home that required more clinical cleaning than would be seen in a home let alone a holiday home. If this was to continue then I would recommend you provide more cleaning products (even natural ones) as I don’t think the customer should have to buy products or have to deal with this when it’s a business property.

Everything is on hand and the staff are friendly. The chalet was clean and equipped but we did not have an inventory.

Nice facilities. Nice pool. Near beach. Ping pong etc.

Inside pool is a bit odd. Layout is strange. Pool material is rough. My daughter scraped her chin off the floor.

Position on a lovely island, very near the beach. The quality of the mobile home we stayed in

Customer service from start to finish, starting with overcharging for extra night accommodation to not sorting out our defective plancha even though we complained at reception each day but were fobbed off. It was only sorted a few days before we left and only because I emailed the accomodation manager directly. We were later informed that he had left his job and the current Manager Noemie saw this email a few days later and then she sorted out the difficulty 2 days later by replacing the plancha with a working one. It was a pity it was not sorted when we complained continuously. It brought a lot of stress on us by not being listened to by staff.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, very helpful staff who are friendly and make it a very relaxing holiday.

Just two of us in this two bedroom cabin with small living area. Would have liked to store our baggage in bedroom 2, but staff had deliberately locked it . A pity, created a bad impression that they wanted to squeeze more money from us.

Excellent sanitation facilities on the pitch. Spacious pitch. Campsite generally quiet. Daughter met children from other countries and played games together. Proximity to the beach

We’ve visited a couple of times before, and this is the first time the indoor pool was not warm. So much so that our children didn’t use the facility much . 10% as compared to previous years
