Very tidy site with great facilities
No chopping board in the caravan
Pool. Sauna. Entertainment. Joel is a fantastic member of staff. Bingo
It would be good if there was a place where the people that are leaving could leave unused food items for anyone else that needs certain items they cannot get of the site

Lounge Bar needs to be open at least until end of August. Dogs mess left on the roadside. More beer glasses in the Bar. Tennis courts are dirty with bins not emptied.

Bar service slow, also no glasses to have a wine @ 4pm

Can be quite noisy during the night. More translation into English (nothing at the welcome meeting, for example).
A beautiful, clean, friendly complex with everything in easy reach. Good entertainment. Great staff.
The campsite is quite far from amenities, which means a car is really needed and it would be helpful to indicate this on the website. It would also be great if the beach bus made two pick ups, say 3pm as well as 5pm.
The site is very well kept, the facilities are superb as is the location but the best part is the staff, they are friendly, helpful, focused and full of energy.

Friendly welcoming staff whom spoke great English.
The whole site was very clean. Pool area not slippery and ground did not seem to get too hot. Plenty of life guard presence, water park staff especially helpful.
Pools clean and enjoyable.
The new waterpark was absolutely fantastic!
