Your satisfaction, our priority

Every 2 years, campsites are audited by a specialized firm, which checks 12 groups of criteria; campsites must meet a minimum satisfaction level of 85% to obtain "Sunêlia Quality". approval. These criteria ensure compliance with the quality plan.

Furthermore, you can also let us know your satisfaction level, by completing the questionnaire you will be given at the campsite during your stay. Results are analysed per campsite.
